Refund Policy

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy, which means if you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, you can write us and we will refund the purchase price or replace the product with an equal value product. Please contact us at info@pre-dx.com. You do not need to return the product but we recommend that you continue taking it.  Most people notice the difference once they stop and start again.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
Once you notify us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  You should receive an email once we have processed the refund on our end.
